August Miracles
This past weekend, we saw God move in extraordinary ways across Zambia and Ghana. From crusades where thousands lifted their hands to receive Jesus, to powerful testimonies of healing and restoration, every story is a glimpse of His goodness at work. These moments remind us that the Gospel is alive and transforming lives today, and we want to invite you to celebrate with us. As you read these updates, we hope you’re encouraged, stirred to pray, and inspired to join us in the mission of setting captives free—spiritually and physically.
Zambia
Last weekend, the town of Solwezi was filled with the sound of worship and the power of the Gospel as people gathered for three days of crusades. Night after night, the message of Jesus was preached with boldness, and hearts were moved to respond. On the very first evening, hundreds lifted their hands to receive Christ, and testimonies poured in of God’s healing touch—stomach pains vanished, a man who had struggled to walk found his strength again, and blind eyes were opened.
The following day, as the Word went forth, the numbers grew even greater. People came forward not only to say “yes” to Jesus, but also to share how He had healed them: a woman’s back pain since childbirth disappeared, the blind could see, and many who had suffered for years experienced freedom. The power of God was on display, drawing people closer to Him in both salvation and healing.
By the final night, thousands more were gathered, and once again the Spirit of God swept through the crowd. Countless people testified of being healed: backs straightened, pain lifted, sight restored, and thousands embraced the gift of salvation. The crusade did not end there; on Sunday, the team returned to the villages to disciple those who were hungry to grow in their new faith.
Over these few days, we witnessed 4,600 people accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior! God moved powerfully in Solwezi, bringing salvation, healing, and hope to thousands, and leaving behind a community forever changed.
Ghana
In the same days, God was moving mightily in Ghana. On Friday night in the village of Ireland of Garry, more than 1,000 people gathered to hear the Gospel, and over 600 made the decision to follow Christ, with many also receiving healing.
The rest of the weekend was unforgettable as the team traveled to Awhiam Paanya, where Pastor Fred and a group of men had been laboring for weeks to build a new church. By God’s grace, the project was completed ahead of schedule—just in time to welcome the crowds.
On Saturday evening, Dr. Pete shared the message of Jesus, and every one of the 587 people present confessed Him as Lord. The weekend came to a beautiful close on Sunday morning, when 280 believers filled the new church for its very first service, dedicating the building to the glory of God and the increase of His Kingdom.
Pakistan
We’re gearing up for another trip to Pakistan this November! Right now, we’re raising funds and looking for sponsors so that more families can be set free from slavery in the brick kilns. The joy of seeing 113 families set free in July is still fresh in our hearts, and we know God is not finished. Greater things are yet to come in Pakistan!
Thank You!
As we look back on all that God has done this past month, our hearts are full of gratitude—and our faith is stirred for what’s still ahead. The harvest is plentiful, and the doors are wide open for the Gospel. We invite you to keep praying with us, standing with the teams on the ground, and considering how you can help more families step into freedom. Together, we are seeing lives transformed, churches planted, and communities changed by the power of Jesus. And there’s so much more to come! Thank you!
